Miami Beach’s Iconic Clock Tower Gets New Life with 407 Lincoln Revitalization

Euroamerican Group leads the restoration of Lincoln Road’s tallest office building and the return of its rooftop clock, a defining feature of the city’s skyline since the 1950s.

Miami Beach, FL — The historic 407 Lincoln, also known as the Clock Tower and the tallest office building on Lincoln Road Mall, is undergoing an exciting revitalization led by Euroamerican Group. 
 
Approved by the Historic Preservation Board and the City of Miami Beach, the project restores the building’s iconic rooftop clock and upgrades its shared spaces to blend mid-century heritage with modern design and functionality. The effort brings new energy and visibility to 407 Lincoln, reinforcing its role in Miami Beach’s evolving business and creative landscape.

A defining feature of the Miami Beach skyline since the 1950s, the four-sided rooftop clock was installed in November and is now in its final testing phase. The clock is expected to illuminate in December, once synchronization across all four faces is complete. Its return marks a major milestone in the property’s transformation and the comeback of a familiar landmark that has long defined the Lincoln Road experience.

The renovation also includes contemporary lighting, refreshed finishes, updated signage, improved interior pathways, and enhanced exterior landscaping. Together, these upgrades will improve accessibility, comfort, and aesthetics for tenants, visitors, and the broader business community. 

Now entering its final phase, the project is expected to be completed by year-end.Once finished, 407 Lincoln will stand as a premier office address offering adaptable, efficient workspace in the heart of Miami Beach’s leading business and lifestyle district.
